Mr. Ronald Joe Pruett, 82, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Union Academy Cemetery. Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Mr. Pruett was born September 6, 1938 in Trezevant, Tennessee to the late Ronald I. and Callie (Pratt) Pruett. He was a Lab Tech for DuPont, an Air Force Veteran, a member of the masonic lodge and a member of Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jane Casey Pruett, three brothers, James Pruett, Don Pruett and Maurice Pruett.

He is survived by two daughters, Shenia Hardy of Madisonville, Kentucky and Ronnia Deniker of Huntingdon, two sisters, Patsy McDaniel (Ray) of Huntingdon and Virginia Sutter (Doug) of Horn Lake, Mississippi, a brother, Howard Pruett (Marilyn) of Huntingdon and four grandchildren, Amanda Hardy, Zach Hardy, Wesley Deniker and Joey Deniker and a great grandson, Harrison Hardy.
