Mrs. Ruth Nell Forrest, 74, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Union Academy Cemetery with Bro. Philip Halter officiating.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM

Mrs. Forrest was born June 9, 1947 to the late William Berry and Alva Lucille (Wilson) Johnson.  She worked for Life Care Center in Bruceton as a house keeper.  Other than her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Forrest.

She is survived by three daughters, Tracy Allen (Michael), Stacy Forrest, Tammy Walls, and one brother, Charles Johnson (Linda), all of Huntingdon.  She also leaves five grandchildren, Jessica Fuzzell (Brian), Kay-Ley Walls, James Allen, Connor Allen, Jamie Allen, four great-grandchildren, Samuel Fuzzell, Caroline Fuzzell, Esther Fuzzell, and Kaidyn Bailey.
