Mrs. Ruth Cole Gamblin, 79, of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Crossroads Cemetery. Bro. Sonny Daniel will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Gamblin was born in August 24, 1938 in South Carolina to the late Robert Jack and Ella Mae (Robinson) Cole. She worked in Accounts Receivable for Camden Casting and was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Eastern Stars. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Dwayne Gamblin; a sister, Ruby Kizer; two brothers, Ras L. Cole and Parnell Cole; a great grandson, Noah Cole Hurt.

She is survived by two daughters, Sondra Kee (Dennie Wayne) of Vale and Dana McMinn (Jimmy) of Huntingdon. She also leaves five grandchildren, Hannah Hurt (Kevin), Katie Beth Kee, Logan Ledsinger, Eric McMinn, and Ryan McMinn and one great grandson, Hayes Elliot Hurt
