Mr. Sam O'Bryan, 84, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Hickory Flat Cemetery.

The family will receive in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday after 6:00PM, Tuesday after 6:00 PM and on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. O'Bryan was born February 11, 1933 in Lavinia, Tennessee to the late Aaron O'Bryan and Daisy (Talley) O'Bryan. He was a Mechanic for Quaker Oates. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Alene Cochran; a great granddaughter, Reagan Pace; two brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Shirley O'Bryan; two daughters, Darlene Adams (John) and Pamela Eubanks (Terry) both of Cedar Grove; four sisters, Joyce Price of New Johnsonville, Kathy Hammond (Albert) of Jackson, Rachel Ralph (Louis) of Memphis, and Helen O'Bryan of Tampa, Florida; a brother, Aaron O'Bryan JR. of Huntingdon. He also leaves four grandchildren, Kristi Baker (Jesse), Brandy Rooker (Larry), Stacy Cochran, and Jessica Estes (Charlie), and ten great grandchildren, Payton, Kodie, Alayna, Kaleb, Ty, Brooklyn, Mason, Addison, Max, and Avrie.
