Mrs. Sarah Earline Hammett, 94, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services will be Friday, November 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM, at New Hope Cemetery in Yuma. Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

Mrs. Hammett was born February 18, 1926, in Clarksburg, to the late George F. and Pearl Mae (Baker) Patterson. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carmack Hammett, and one son, Richard Hammett.

She is survived by a son, Earl Hammett (Judy) of Huntingdon, a sister, Willodean Davis, of Huntingdon, a granddaughter, Melissa Lowe, three great grandchildren, Ryan McQuesten (Shelby) , Tori McQuesten, and Jace Lowe, and a great-great-grandchild, Tatum McQuesten.
