Mrs. Shelby Foster, 83 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Phil Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Carter's Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Foster was born October 4, 1937 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Fred Thomas and Lucy (Cole) Kelly.  She was a homemaker and a member of Carter's Chapel United Methodist Church.  She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Jace Jones.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Walton Foster, three daughters, Debbie Wilson (Mike), Angela Jones (Tony), Emily Foster Butler (Ricky), a son Mike Foster (Tracy), two sisters, Rita Jones, and Patty Sellers, all of Huntingdon.  She also leaves nine grandchildren, Cody Wilson, Kelsey Vaughn, Shelby Taylor, Whitney Foster, Kayla Foster, Hunter Foster, Nigel Butler, Anayah Butler, Nylah Butler, and three great-grandchildren, Maycee Masters, Fender Foster, and Easton Taylor.
