Mr. Stephen "Steve" Lee Cook, 67, of Hollow Rock, Tennessee passed away Wednesday July 17, 2019 at Camden General Hospital.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Brett Mebane officiating the service.  Interment will follow in the Prospect Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Cook was born October 22, 1951 in Lexington, Tennessee.  He worked for Carroll County Electric Department as a Lineman, a member of Twin City Community Church, and served as Mayor of Hollow Rock for two terms.  He is preceded in death by his father, Everett Lee Cook.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Debbie Cook, two sons, Ashley Cook, Lee Cook (Lauren), both of Hollow Rock, his mother, Ann Cook of Bruceton, one sister, Cathy Butler (James) of Bruceton, and one brother, Perry Cook (Alberta) of Camden.  He also leaves three grandchildren, Tyler Cook (Casi Cook), Sophie Cook, and Jaxon Cook.
