Mrs. Teresa Oatsvall Johnson, 63 of Jackson, Tennessee, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at her home.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Team Gleason Foundation, P. O. Box 24493, New Orleans, LA 70184 in memory of Teresa Oatsvall Johnson

Graveside services will be Friday, April 16, 2021, at 10:30 AM at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parker's Crossroads, with Bro. Lynn Stapleton officiating the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Friday.

Mrs. Johnson was born June 10, 1957, in Milan, Tennessee, to the late Carl and Mary Ann (Hester) Oatsvall.  She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening, home improvement projects and traveing.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Herbert Johnson, a daughter, Jennifer Haywood (husband David) of Nashville, a son, Taylor Johnson, of Jackson, and a sister, Tina Oatsvall, of Jacksonville, Florida.  She also leaves two grandchildren, Brock and Jake Haywood.
