Mr. Terry Mask, 64, of Lexington, Tennessee passed away Friday, July 1, 2022.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home, with Bro. Philip Halter officiating. Interment will follow in Carroll Memorial Gardens in McKenzie.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Mr. Mask was born March 1, 1958 in Memphis, to the late Hudie Lavern "Buck" and Eva Clara (Page) Mask. He was a lifelong truck driver and a longtime member of Beech Lake Family Campground. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Mask and Ricky Mask.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Mask, two daughters, Amanda Wood (Danal) of Lexington, and Terri Lynn Hendrix, of Paris. He also leaves three grandchildren, Allie Wood, Rylee Shell, and Marlee Shell.
