Mr. Tracy Umstead, 59, of McKenzie, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Baptist Hospital Huntingdon.

A memorial visitation will be held in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Mr. Umstead was born September 14, 1966, in Huntingdon, to the late Franklin Umstead and Betty Holladay Umstead. He was a mechanic and a jack of all trades. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Umstead.

He is survived by two sons, Cody Umstead (Madeline) of Brownsville, and Sam Umstead (Abby) of Benton, Kentucky; a brother, Toby Umstead (Martha) of Perdido Key, Florida, and a sister-in-law, Debbie Umstead, of Dalton, Georgia.
