Mrs. Vera Aline Futrell, 89, of Camden, Tennessee passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Camden Healthcare.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 17, 2021at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Holt and Bro. Lathan McLean officiating. Burial will follow in Palmer Shelter Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of the service.

Pallbearers to serve are Kenneth Anderson, Jacob Landers and Jessie Landers.

Mrs. Futrell was born August 22, 1931 in Huntingdon to the late Vernice and Ethel (Kelley) Bedwell. She was retired from Henry I. Siegal and a member of New Spring Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Rummage, two sons, David Sutton and Gordon Sutton, a sister, Nannie Lee Cannon and a brother, Willie G. Bedwell.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, James "Bob" Futrell, three grandchildren, Vicky Landers of Milan, Wayne Rummage of Germany and Jessica Sutton of Illinois, four great grandchildren, Jacob Landers, Jessie Landers, Christopher Rummage and Benjamin Rummage.
