Mr. Wade Dee Holladay, 34 of Cedar Grove, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at his home.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Holladay was born January 6, 1989 in Jackson, Tennessee. He worked for the Taylor Made Roofing Company and had been in the National Guard. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Holladay, one sister, Montana Marie Holladay, and an uncle, Mike Holladay.

He is survived by his father, Bobby Gorden Holladay of Cedar Grove, his mother, Kim Prater of Jackson, one brother, Luke Holladay (Heather) of Atwood, maternal grandmother, Robbie Prater and an uncle, Steve Holladay of Cedar Gove.
