Obituary

Mrs. Wanda Loveda (Crossno) Tomlinson 75, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will conducted on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Christian Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Don Williams will officiate the service.

The family will in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Tomlinson was born July 30, 1939 in Ripley, Tennessee to late John Milton and Ludie (Phelps) Blackwell. She was retired from the Publix Shirt Corporation, had also worked from the Brown Shoe Company for several years and was a member of the McLemoresville Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Crossno; second husband, Bob Tomlinson; one son, Billy Dale Crossno and one brother, Hazel Blackwell, and one sister, Modine Lane.

She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Szalay (husband Billy); one son, Steve Crossno both of Huntingdon, and three sisters, Broxie Oguwin of Milan, Charlotte Cole of Dresden and Wilma Morris (husband William) of Memphis. She also leaves five grandchildren, Christal Reed, B.J. Cobb, Kayla Dillon, Kimberly Szalay, and Clinton Crossno and two great grandchildren, Hunter and Ty.
