Mrs. Wanda Woods, 72, of Clarksburg, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted at Clarksburg Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with Bro. Philip Halter officiating. Interment will follow in Clarksburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday at Clarksburg Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Rodney Jowers, Jimmy Jowers, Josh Woods, Tyler Pulley, Robert Rein, Kaleb Rein, Ricky Cary, and Anthony Noles.

Mrs. Woods was born November 16, 1953, in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Arvel and Raymelle Webb Autry. She was a member of Clarksburg Baptist and worked in textiles. She was preceded in death by a sister, Becky Woods.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Terry Woods; two sons, Lee Woods (Mary) and Adam Woods (Kayla) all of Clarksburg; a sister, Rita Speiser (Frank) of Jacksonville, Florida; and six grandchildren, Will, Jaypeth, AdaRose, Maci, Carli Jo, and Jacob.
