Mr. Marshall Warren Kirk, 91, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Harmony Hill Assisted Living.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Carroll Memorial Gardens. Bro. Steve Phillips and Bro. Alex Hilliard will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Oak Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until time of services.

Mr. Kirk was born March 8, 1924 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Murray and Lucille (Stacey) Kirk. He was a retired oven operator for Noranda, a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, and was WWII Army Veteran. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lorene (Phillips) Kirk, one sister, Ivy Nelle Sanders, and one brother, John Harrold "Buddy" Kirk.

He is survived by a daughter, Kay Kirk of Huntingdon, and several nieces and nephews.
