Mr. Earl Wynn "Wayne" Cannon, 79, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Jamison Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Burton and Bro. Frankie Smith will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room on Sunday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Cannon Was born March 25, 1937 in Gibson County, Tennessee to the late James and Erma (Duke) Cannon. He was a self employed handyman and he served in United States Army. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Sue Wiles, two brothers, Floyd Cannon, Lloyd Cannon, and also a set of twin sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Elaine Cannon, two daughters, Dawn Gallaway of Lavinia, Rosa Lee Bodkins of Trenton, two step daughters, Vicki and Susie, one son, Jimmy Cannon of Huntingdon and one brother, H. L. Cannon of Georgetown. He also leaves six grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
