Mrs. Willow Dean Johnson, 69 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Parker's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:00AM until time of service.
Mrs. Johnson was born October 24, 1942 in Cedar Grove, Tennessee to the late Ernie Lee Chapple and Flossie (Kirby) Chapple. She was a retired seamstress for H.I. S. Sportswear where she worked for 29 years. She was a member of the Parker Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by one daughter; Myra Hill, one sister; Madeline Willis and one grandson; Reynard Ambrew.
She is survived by her husband; James E. Johnson, 12 children; Pamela Parker (Gary), Joann Smith (Frankie), Jeanette Binion (Tracy), Dwight Williams (Rhonda), Michael Williams (Penny), James O'Brian Johnson (Toni), Erick Johnson (Christy), Edward Ray Johnson and Valarie Williams all of Huntingdon, Bobby Joe Williams (Lela) of Covington, Mary Lou Johnson of Humboldt and Ernie Lee Chapple (Margo) of Champaign, Illinois, one sister; Cora Lee Williams of Wildersville, three brothers; Wardell Chapple (Ruby) of Wildersville, F. T. Chapple (Virgie) and Bobby Chapple both of Huntingdon, specail brother-in-law, J.G. Willis, son- in- law ; Jimmy Hill of Hollow Rock, niece-(daughter) Pamela Millikin. She also leaves thirty six grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren, fishing buddy "Mamma Sue" and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
