Scott Kolwyck
Owner/ Funeral Director/ Embalmer
Scott joined our staff in April of 2016. Scott is a graduate of Dyer County High School, Class of 1993. He received his associates degree in Mortuary Science in 1994 from John A. Gupton College. He is a member of Huntingdon First United Methodist Church. Scott is married to Kelly Kolwyck and they have two children, Nate and Mary Claire. At the start of 2024 Scott was blessed with the opportunity to continue the traditions and care of the families we serve as the new owner of Chase Funeral Home.

Robert W. Chase Jr.
Funeral Director/ Embalmer
Bob graduated from Henry County High School in 1982. He received his Funeral Directing license in May of 1988 and moved to Huntingdon in February of 1989. Bob received his Associates Degree in Mortuary Science in 1999 from John A. Gupton College. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Huntingdon, married to Addie Lou Chase and is a proud father of three children, Mandy Haywood (husband Trevor), Lezley Crossno (husband Colin), and Katie Lou Pritchard (Austin). He also has five grandchildren, Reagan, Will, Jack, Hazel and Wes

Addie Lou Chase

Addie Lou Chase is a life long resident of Huntingdon. She graduated from Huntingdon High School in 1982. Addie Lou received her Funeral Directing license from John A. Gupton in 2011. She has one daughter, Katie Lou Pritchard (Austin), two step-daughters, Mandy Haywood (husband Trevor) and Lezley Crossno (husband Colin), and five grandchildren, Regan, Will, Jack, Hazel and Wes. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Huntingdon.

Addie Lou Chase
Funeral Director
Addie Lou Chase is a life long resident of Huntingdon. She graduated from Huntingdon High School in 1982. Addie Lou received her Funeral Directing license from John A. Gupton in 2011. She has one daughter, Katie Lou Pritchard (Austin), two step-daughters, Mandy Haywood (husband Trevor) and Lezley Crossno (husband Colin), and five grandchildren, Regan, Will, Jack, Hazel and Wes. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Huntingdon.

Stephen Dew
Funeral Assistant (Non Licensed)
Stephen graduated from Ripley High School in 2004. He graduated from Bethel College (now Bethel University) in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He returned to Carroll County and joined our staff in July 2016. He married his wife, Jordan, in 2017. Their daughter, CJ, was born in October of 2020, and their son, Robert, was born in February of 2023.

Stephen Dew
Funeral Assistant (Non Licensed)
Stephen graduated from Ripley High School in 2004. He graduated from Bethel College (now Bethel University) in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. He returned to Carroll County and joined our staff in July 2016. He married his wife, Jordan, in 2017. Their daughter, CJ, was born in October of 2020, and their son, Robert, was born in February of 2023.

Nate was born in 2005 in Jackson, Tennessee but moved with his family at a very young age to Huntingdon. He is a 2023 graduate of Huntingdon High School and has plans to attend John A. Gupton School of Mortuary Science to obtain his Funeral Director and Embalmers license. He is currently working full time, learning all the day to day activities and assisting families at the funeral home.

Nate was born in 2005 in Jackson, Tennessee but moved with his family at a very young age to Huntingdon. He is a 2023 graduate of Huntingdon High School and has plans to attend John A. Gupton School of Mortuary Science to obtain his Funeral Director and Embalmers license. He is currently working full time, learning all the day to day activities and assisting families at the funeral home.

Kelly was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee. She is a graduate of Dyer County High School. In the Summer of 2000 she married Scott and moved to Jackson, Tennessee where they started a family. She has two children Nate and Mary Claire. While the children were still young they moved to Huntingdon where she works for Huntingdon Middle School and assists at the funeral home.
